Zara Chaudary

Zara Chaudary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Currently serving as the Global DEIB Impact Manager and Global DEIB Strategist & Trainer at PowerToFly since March 2021, Zara previously held various roles at the NYC Department of Education, including the founder of the AAPI Employee Resource Group and Program Manager for the Office of Community Schools. Zara's earlier experience includes positions as Operations Manager at Resource Generation and Program and Service Operations Manager at City Year. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, a Master of Public Administration from Alfred University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies, Anthropology, and Pre-Med from Barnard College.
