Ludmila Falak - Cyniak, CFA, PRM serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Aegon PTE since June 2017, overseeing the company’s strategy, operations, financial stability, and collaboration with the Aegon Group on regulatory and product developments. Previously, Ludmila held roles as Chief Investment Officer and Board Member at Amundi Polska TFI and Skarbiec TFI, where responsibilities included strategic development and managing the investment processes. Earlier experience includes holding the Chief Investment Officer position at KBC TFI S.A. and the Head of Research role at WARTA Asset Management SA. Academic credentials include recent postgraduate studies at Warsaw University of Technology in IT Resource Management and degrees from INSEAD, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and the University of Lodz.
