Arthur Souza

Arthur Souza currently serves as the Engineering Specifications and Project Manager for PPG, focusing on structural steel coatings, intumescent fireproofing, piping, and equipment. Prior to this, Arthur held various roles at Belzona, culminating as Key Account Manager, where strong relationships with top accounts in Brazil were developed, leading to notable sales growth and positioning as a leading global distributor. Additional roles included Senior Sales Engineer, delivering tailored technical solutions, and Technical Sales Engineer, acting as a liaison between the international sales network and clients. Arthur's experience also includes mentoring in robotics at the USF Bulls-EYE Summer Camp and a Maintenance Summer Internship at Dow AgroSciences, where optimization of preventive maintenance planning was achieved. Arthur holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
