Bob Blessing

Bob Blessing has extensive experience in the paint and coatings industry, currently serving as Architect Manager and Pro Sales Representative at PPG Industries since May 1977. In this role, Bob emphasizes selling Glidden professional products to commercial customers through The Home Depot. Previous positions include Architectural Specifications Consultant and Sales Training Manager, where Bob developed and delivered sales training curricula across the continental United States and Canada, establishing the PPG Architectural Sales Training Academy. As Store Group Manager, Bob oversaw the regional operations of 16 company stores across multiple states, focusing on audit management and inventory control. Additionally, as Regional Sales Manager for Stores and Dealer, Bob managed sales teams to drive net sales and profitability for Pittsburgh and Porter brands. Bob was also the owner of Annapolis Paint Company from November 2010 to April 2014, and is an alumnus of the Maryland Institute College of Art.
