Rajeev Kumar

Rajeev Kumar serves as the Global HR Leader for Industrial Coatings and Connect PPG SBUs at PPG Industries since June 2021, overseeing a workforce of 4,000 employees across multiple regions and implementing consistent HR strategies. Previously, Rajeev held the position of Global Human Resources Business Partner at Ansys, leading HR strategies for a significant division of the company. Rajeev's extensive background includes a role as Global Director of Human Resources at EFI, where contributions involved HR direction across various departments and the development of talent management programs. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at SAP, PartyGaming PLC, and PepsiCo, where Rajeev focused on HR strategy, recruitment, and organizational capability building. Rajeev holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, along with an LL.B and a B.S. from Delhi University, and a DEI Certification from Cornell University.
