Unnikrishnan Chandrasekhar

Unnikrishnan Chandrasekhar is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as Manager HCMD at Prabhu Steels since May 2024. Prior to this role, Unnikrishnan held the position of Human Resources Manager at RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd from May 2021 to May 2024 and at Neptune Readymix Concrete Pvt. Ltd. from September 2007 to April 2021, where responsibilities expanded over various roles including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources. Unnikrishnan began a career in project coordination at KSACS as Project Program Coordinator from January 2004 to June 2005. Academically, Unnikrishnan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Annamalai University, a Master's degree in Social Work from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Calicut.
