Luisa Alejandra Sanchez Somocurcio has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable del Área de Capital Humano at Practia Global since April 2015, focusing on capital human, recruitment, organizational climate and culture, internal communication, and employee benefits and well-being. Prior experience includes roles at GAMMA SOLUTIONS SAC as Responsable de Gestión Humana - SSOMA y Comunicaciones, and at Corporación Misti as Asistente de Gestión Humana, where responsibilities encompassed human management, personnel selection, training, social welfare, and communication.
