Paul Cimino

Paul Cimino serves as a Partner at Practus, LLP, providing fractional in-house counsel for diverse clients, with expertise in negotiation and drafting of complex contracts, employment policy, litigation management, intellectual property, and commercial real estate. Previously, Paul was a Partner at Outside GC LLC and held roles as Vice President & General Counsel at Conservation Services Group, General Counsel at Akibia Consulting, Assistant General Counsel at Aspen Technology, and Regional Corporate Counsel at PTC. Early career experiences include serving as an Associate Attorney at Goulston & Storrs, PC, and as a Project Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Stryker, following military service as a Platoon Leader and Battalion Staff Officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Paul holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
