Nil Shah

Nil Shah is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Verance Corporation since January 2006, Nil has also held the position of Chairman at Praeses since October 2006. Previously, Nil served as a Board Member for Security Source from April 2005 to March 2023 and the NATPE from September 2019 to May 2022, contributing to the growth and connection of the global television industry. Prior to these roles, Nil was the Chief Executive Officer for xplusone (Pointdexter Systems, Inc.) and Trimark Sportswear. Nil Shah holds an MBA in Management and Finance from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Physics from Yale University.
