Rich Phillips

Rich Phillips has been an advisor at Prasaga since December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Industrial Digital Transformation Director at GE Digital from March 2016 to December 2018. Rich was responsible for the EMEA region and delivered commercial solutions for Industry 4.0, industrial automation, MES, asset and operations performance management to a range of customers. Rich had a yearly individual quota of $2M and was typically 20-50% above quota each quarter. Rich was responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial business development activities, discovery sessions, outcomes based value calculation and commercial negotiations. Rich led deal teams on strategic accounts, leveraging Account Based Marketing and Customer Success Management methodologies to ensure tangible outcomes for the customer, throughout a long term partnership. From February 2012 to February 2016, Rich Phillips was the Chief Architect - CTO office at GE Aviation. And from November 2005 to February 2012, they were a Systems Engineer Senior at Lockheed Martin UK.

Rich Phillips has a BEng Hons in Computer Engineering from the University of Plymouth and A-Levels in Physics, Pure & Discrete Maths, IT from Corfe Hills School. Rich is also LEAN Six Sigma Certified Greenbelt from Lockheed Martin UK.
