Ashlea Flowers

Ashlea Flowers is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Manager at Weber Shandwick since May 2021, focusing on integrated media relations, multicultural storytelling, and DEI initiatives while executing national product launches and managing media relationships. Previously, Ashlea held positions at Tierney as an Assistant Account Executive and Account Coordinator, where notable clients included visitPA and Choice Hotels. Early career experiences include roles as a Peer Advisor at Klein College of Media and Communication, Marketing Coordinator and Blog Contributor at Karma Agency and Philly PR Girl, respectively, and internships at MintTwist and Klein Global Opportunities. Ashlea earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management and African-American/Black Studies from Temple University and is currently involved with the FIE: Foundation for International Education.
