Adi Akkapeddi

Adi Akkapeddi is a UX Product Designer with extensive experience in creating user-centered designs across various industries. Currently at Precision Technologies, Adi collaborates with business partners and end users in an Agile environment for Equifax, focusing on usability needs and the user experience lifecycle. Previous roles include working as a UX Product Designer for Cigna at Srishti Innovative and as a UX Designer & Researcher at Leapfrog Creative Studios, where Adi employed various research techniques and design tools to enhance user experiences in e-commerce, food, and medical sectors. Prior to design roles, Adi served as a Customer Service Representative at Casio USA and an Application Engineer at HARMAN International, where a focus on customer satisfaction and product delivery was paramount. Adi’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Music Composition for Film & Television from Kingston University and a BA in Music Vocal Performance from Middlesex University.
