Rhett Hirko

Rhett Hirko is an accomplished professional in revenue optimization and distribution, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Preferred Hotels & Resorts and Beyond Green since November 2014 and November 2020, respectively. With extensive experience in revenue management across prominent hospitality companies, Rhett has successfully overseen the implementation of distribution strategies for over 700 member hotels, guided key enhancements in technology systems, and introduced innovative revenue consulting processes. Prior roles include Director of Revenue Management for Hyatt International EAME LLC and leadership positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where significant achievements in revenue management system integration and training were realized. Rhett holds a BA in Business/Hotel and Restaurant Management from Michigan State University and has completed executive education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, Rhett serves on the Board of Directors for HSMAI since January 2020.
