Marissa Truedson-Rivera

Marissa Truedson-Rivera, OTR/L, MOT, currently serves as the Rehabilitation Team Lead and Occupational Therapist at Preferred Therapy Solutions since September 2024. Previous roles include Geriatric Med-Psych Occupational Therapist at Tufts Medicine and PRN Occupational Therapist at CareOne, among others. Marissa has extensive experience in geriatric, pediatric, and inpatient rehabilitation settings, focusing on individualized patient assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Sciences, both from Quinnipiac University, along with an international study experience at University College Cork. Marissa has received recognition for contributions to patient safety and team performance.
