Janet Phillips

Janet Phillips, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over three decades of experience in human resources, specializing in benefits and recruitment. Janet has been with Preformed Line Products since February 1989, advancing through roles such as Benefits and Compensation Manager, Benefits Manager, and HR Administrator. Prior to this, Janet held positions as a Legal Secretary at Leaseway Transportation from June 1987 to January 1989, and as a Secretary at Clevite from November 1980 to June 1987. Janet holds an MBA from Lake Erie College (2000-2003) and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Notre Dame College (1988-1991), having completed education at Euclid High School (1977-1980).
