Ignazio Maiorana

Ignazio Maiorana has extensive experience in real estate asset and property management, currently serving as Head of Asset Management UTP Fondi and Senior Vice President at Prelios since June 2019. Prior roles include Head of Project and Asset Management, as well as Head of Asset Management at Svicom from December 2013 to June 2019. Earlier in the career, Ignazio worked as a Fund Analyst and in Asset Management at Schroders, and as a Transaction Analyst at BNP Paribas REIM SGR p.A., gaining expertise in due diligence, market analysis, and financial reporting. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
