Peter Fleming

Peter Fleming is an experienced legal and business professional currently serving as General Counsel at Premier Research Labs since January 2023. As a co-founder of Audion Sound since October 2018, Peter has contributed to developing custom audio solutions for large venues, enhancing fan experiences through advanced technology. Peter has also been a partner at Lunch Pail Capital since 2012, focusing on sourcing capital for lower middle market companies. With a long history on the board of Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, Peter supported the company's regional expansion. Previous roles include President and General Counsel at YourOffers, CEO and General Counsel at MedAvant Healthcare Solutions, Counsel at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, and Assistant District Attorney in a special unit. Peter holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA from the University of Vermont.
