Bradley Yucht

Bradley Yucht, JD, MSRE, currently serves as In-House Counsel at Premium Merchant Funding since August 2024. Previously, Bradley worked as a Growth Associate at Aikito from January to August 2024, where the company focused on simplifying the commercial renovation process. Prior experience includes serving as Director and In-House Counsel at RealAdvice from August 2022 to November 2023, and as an Associate at the University of Florida Veterans and Service Members Legal Clinic in late 2021. Bradley's background also encompasses roles in development and acquisitions at Dominium, real estate associate at the University of Florida Conservation Clinic, and various internships including business development at The Selling Factory and commercial real estate at Avison Young. Bradley holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Doctor of Law from the University of Florida, as well as an educational background from Winter Park High School.
