Pat Gayton is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of HR Partnership and Strategic HR Business Partner at Presbyterian Healthcare Services since November 2011, Pat specializes in providing strategic HR consulting and service delivery to division executive partners across various healthcare sectors. Previous experience includes leading human resources at Cox Communications as the HR Director for a national call center and managing employee relations and communications at Washington Inventory Service. Pat also operated a sole proprietorship, HRCollaborations, which focused on career transition services for individuals and HR consulting for small businesses and nonprofits. Pat holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands.
