James Green, Board Chair, is the retired President and CEO of Kemps LLC, a dairy and ice cream company located in St. Paul, MN where he served for 21 years. Jim graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and received his Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton Graduate School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Jim is a member and past chairman of the International Dairy Foods Association Board of Directors; a member and past chairman of the International Ice Cream Association; an adjunct instructor in the MBA program at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, where he also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees; and was a member of the Board of Directors and past Chair for the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board.
