Patrick Monroe

Patrick Monroe is an experienced executive currently serving as the Immediate Past Chair at PIH Health since September 2024. With a long tenure at Rose Hills Company since June 2001, Patrick holds the positions of President/CEO and previously served as Chief Operating Officer. Patrick has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Biola University from 2012 to September 2016. Early career experiences include teaching at the Orange County Department of Education, working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Home Savings of America, and serving as an Accountant/Auditor at KPMG US. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management, a CA teaching credential from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, a BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, and studies at UCLA.
