Shilpi Saloni

Shilpi Saloni is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Engagement Manager at Prescient Healthcare Group since August 2020, where Shilpi has also held roles as Associate Engagement Manager and Associate Consultant. Prior to this, Shilpi worked at IQVIA as an Associate Consultant, focusing on biosimilar and new product launch models through data analysis and market forecasting. Shilpi's earlier experience includes a tenure at Novartis from August 2016 to May 2019 as a Business Analyst in Sales Force Operations, where Shilpi led incentive compensation administration and process improvements.
