Caitlyn Young-Gilbert is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and people management. At Pressed Juicery, Caitlyn serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CPO. Previously, Caitlyn held the position of Vice President of People Operations and Chief Of Staff & Head of Community Impact at UpKeep Maintenance Management. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations & Events at Milk+Bookies and Projects & Operations Associate at GOOD Worldwide Inc. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from UCLA and attended the Yale School of Management in 2014.
