Dison Xavier

Dison Xavier is an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Prestige Group since February 2019, where responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantity, cost estimation for MEP works, and certifying payments through SAP for various projects, including Prestige Lake Ridge and Prestige Park Square. Prior to this, Dison held the position of Assistant Manager - MEP QS, managing similar tasks on projects such as Prestige Cube and Prestige Royale Garden. Previous experience includes working as a Quantity Surveyor at MODERN ELECTRO MECHANICAL CONTRACTING CO LLC for the New Alain Hospital project in Abu Dhabi and at Elmec Engineers and Consultants, focusing on bid schedules and technical documentation. Dison holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering Munnar and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Kothamangalam.
