Todd Ruano

Todd Ruano has extensive experience in the field of professional employer organizations (PEO) and employee leasing. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at PrestigePEO since January 2023, Todd has also held the position of President at Advantage Personnel Resources, Inc. since January 2007, where responsibilities include payroll administration, HR management, employee benefits, and risk management. As the Owner of Employee Leasing Experts since January 2004, Todd has further expanded expertise in the industry. Previous roles include Principal at Global HR Research Central Florida from August 2012 to December 2015 and Vice President at APR Background, Inc. from September 2008 to July 2012. Todd Ruano is an alumnus of the University of Florida and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of Upper St. Clair High School.
