Nathan Fennessy

Nathan Fennessy serves as a Director at Preti Flaherty since March 2013, specializing in litigation for public and private companies in the construction, health care, and financial services sectors, with experience in both state and federal courts. Prior to this role, Nathan was an Associate at Reed Smith LLP from September 2007 to February 2013, and previously held an intern position at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Asset Forfeiture & Money Laundering Section and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams at the United States Court of Federal Claims. Nathan earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Catholic University of America and a BA in History and Government from Georgetown University.
