Scott Hayford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Member and founder of BlackHays Group, Scott also founded MustWants Inc, a mobile app development company aimed at enhancing property organization for real estate buyers. As a Principal at Deep Water Point & Associates, Scott focuses on providing clients with insights into governmental decisions and market trends. Scott advises multiple organizations, including Airrow, Prewitt Ridge, PeakMetrics, and Vermeer. Former roles include Senior Technology Advisor at ARA and Technology Integration & Senior Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, where Scott led the integration of cutting-edge technologies. Education includes a Master's in Telecommunications Technology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's in International Strategic Studies and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
