Frank Desvignes

Frank Desvignes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation, digital transformation, and investment in technology-driven sectors. Currently serving as Founding Partner and Director at True Global Ventures since December 2018, Desvignes has been involved in notable investments in leading companies such as Ledger and Animoca Brands. Additional roles include Board Member positions at Jus Mundi and Coinhouse, as well as a Senior Executive Council role at Quantumrock. Previously, Desvignes held various leadership positions at AXA, including Global Head of Open Innovation and Founder of AXA Lab Asia, focusing on partnerships with startups across Fintech and Insurtech. Desvignes also co-founded Innovator Founders Capital and has a history of angel investing, contributing to the successful exits of several portfolio companies. Education includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from ESG and professional development in Blockchain & Cryptocurrency from Stanford University.
