Raymond Fernandez

Raymond Fernandez PMP serves as the Head of New Product Realization at Pricol Limited since July 2015, overseeing the complete execution and delivery of multiple programs from RFQ to production. With extensive experience managing diverse, multi-cultural teams and cross-functional groups, Raymond is responsible for resource management, setting KPIs aligned with corporate goals, and ensuring successful product development across various disciplines. Prior roles include Program Manager at Visteon Electronics and Manager of Program Execution at Lite-On, where responsibilities encompassed program management, financial oversight, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve deliverables. Raymond holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, along with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
