Nithya Murugan

Nithya Murugan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and business consulting. Currently serving as HR Team Lead and Process Lead at Pride Global since October 2020, Nithya has also held the position of Junior HR Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Executive at Sutherland Global Service Limited, where responsibilities encompassed the End-to-End Recruitment process. Earlier, Nithya worked as a Business Consultant for AT&T while employed at Sutherland. Nithya holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management and Finance from SRM University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from I.F.E.T. College of Engineering.
