Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Golden Spruce Capital Inc., Mark has been instrumental since January 2020 in facilitating transitions for owner-operators and investors. Additionally, Mark holds board member positions at Pride Marine Group and Janitorial Services while contributing to strategic partnerships at RSPNDR, a tech scale-up in physical security. Prior experience includes co-founding Peloton Innovations, serving as VP of Corporate Development at Resilience Capital, and co-founding The College Sports Experience.
