Matt Bjerklie

Matt Bjerklie is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Head Coach at Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar since June 2021, Matt also operates fully Promoted Frederick as a Small Business Owner, specializing in promotional products and marketing services since April 2019. In addition, Matt has held the position of General Manager at Noodles & Company since October 2014 and has been a Camp & Clinic Manager at Lionheart Lacrosse since September 2018. Prior experience includes General Manager roles at The Greene Turtle and Kitchen Manager at Nascar Cafe. Matt holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts and Business from Elgin Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts and Business from the University of Chicago.
