Erin Williams is a Talent Attraction Partner at PrimeRevenue, responsible for overseeing comprehensive talent sourcing efforts and managing the recruitment life cycle, including collaboration with hiring managers and evaluation of candidates. Previously, Erin served as a Senior IT Recruiter at Hays, where exceptional performance resulted in significant fee production and the management of advanced sourcing techniques. Erin began the career as a Sales Associate at Michael Kors and Tory Burch after completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
