Carlos Lopes

Carlos Lopes currently serves as Diretor de Sistemas de Informação at PRIO since October 2023. Previously, Carlos worked at ITSector from October 2017 to October 2023, holding positions as Project Director and Project Manager, focusing on business development and team management. Prior to this, Carlos was an IT Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Software Developer at Maisis - Information Systems, Lda., where responsibilities included project and architecture management, client interaction, and implementation of ECM & BPM projects. Carlos began their career at To-Be - IT Solutions as an IT Project Manager, and held roles as Analyst/Programmer at Universidade de Aveiro and Próxima - Serviços de Informática Lda. Carlos Lopes holds a Master's degree in Information Technologies from Universidade do Minho and a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing from Universidade de Aveiro.
