Human Factors Researcher at Priority Designs

Ariel Roy is an experienced Human Factors Researcher currently working at Priority Designs since May 2021, following a role as a Human Factors Intern. Prior experience includes serving as an EcoCAR Graduate Student Researcher at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where involvement in a Human-Machine Interface team focused on redesigning a Chevy Blazer for a collegiate competition. Ariel has contributed to various research initiatives as a Research Assistant at Embry-Riddle's REACH Lab, working with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and in the Medical Human Factors Lab in collaboration with Halifax Health. Additional experience includes an internship at Halifax Health, developing a standardized nursing handoff tool, and a student assistant position in the Office of the President at Embry-Riddle, which fostered customer service skills. Ariel holds a Master of Science in Human Factors and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors Psychology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
