Tara Wheeland

Tara Wheeland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, strategy, and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Optimization at Priority since April 2024, Tara previously held the position of Senior Manager of Strategy and Financial Operations at Plastiq and Head of Operations at Record Connect. Earlier roles include Strategy & Operations at Enova International and Operations Manager at McMaster-Carr. Tara began their career as a Contract Negotiator at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Italian from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Georgetown University.
