Olivia Nutter

Olivia Nutter is an accomplished policy professional currently serving as the Director of Policy & Special Initiatives at the Black Economic Alliance since May 2024, where leadership focuses on policy across the organization and special initiatives in support of the CEO. As the founder of Impact Insight Partners, LLC since June 2021, Olivia helps firms enhance their approach to economic equity using research and data. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Prism Group and recent positions as a Credit Analyst at Local Initiatives Support Corporation, where Olivia managed loan processes and aided in credit risk analysis. Previous contributions in government include serving as a Professional Staff Member on the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship, where policy related to small business diversity was developed, alongside work on various legislative initiatives. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs and Political Science from Columbia University, complemented by studies at the University of Havana and Yale School of Management.
