Alvin Morales

Alvin Morales is an experienced engineer specializing in power plant operations and management. Currently serving as a Field Service Engineer and Plant Start-up Supervisor at APR Energy since September 2013, responsibilities include overseeing the transition from installation to operational phases of power plants, collaborating with Project Managers and Operations Teams to ensure compliance with specifications and operational requirements. Prior to APR Energy, Alvin held various managerial roles at PIC Asia-Pacific Sdn. Bhd., managing power plants of varying capacities and providing emergency power for the UN. Other notable positions include Electrical Supervisor at Wartsila West Africa and Turbine Operator at Steag State Power Inc. Alvin's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western Mindanao State University.
