Jair Drooger

Jair Drooger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Jair serves as Co-Founder at CT Assist and The WellMent Company, as well as Chief Revenue Officer at Pristine Alcohol, LLC since December 2024. As the Founder of MSL Consulting LLC since 2011, Jair has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer at Sun Chaser, Director of Marketing and Development at Summit Adventure, and various roles at Equinox Chemicals, LLC, including Executive Vice President and Interim COO. Jair's career began with roles at Mennonite Church USA and a strong educational background, holding a BS in Biology from Eastern Mennonite University and an MBA from Hope International University.
