Izzy Mittag-Lenkheym

Izzy Mittag-Lenkheym is an experienced consultant currently working at PER in the Large Cap Private Equity sector since October 2024. Prior to this role, Izzy served as a Principal and Associate at HSP - Henkel Search Partners from July 2020 to October 2024, where responsibilities included executive search for private equity firms and alternative asset managers. Izzy's journey at HSP began as an Intern in June 2019, following an earlier internship as a Sales Intern at Karma Cans in 2018. Izzy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree in Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews, completed in 2020, and graduated from The Taft School in 2016.
