Tracy Mellgren

Tracy Mellgren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, sales activation, and marketing. Currently serving as a Recruiting Manager and Talent Specialist at Pro Staff since September 2014, Tracy applies expertise in talent acquisition and team development. As the Owner of H2W2 since July 2013, Tracy focuses on promoting health, happiness, wisdom, and wealth through education on Young Living Essential Oils. Previously, Tracy worked at Creative Memories for a decade, holding positions such as Sales Activation Specialist, Consultant Communications & Marketing Specialist, and Recognition Specialist, where contributions included creating onboarding programs and managing recognition initiatives for Independent Direct Sales Representatives. Early career experience includes serving as an Admission Counselor at Southwest Minnesota State University, where responsibilities included managing prospective student databases and coordinating campus events. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Physical Education, and Psychology from Southwest Minnesota State University.
