Tony Perkins

Tony Perkins, co-founder of Onside Compliance, Inc. and ProCanna, knows entrepreneurship and innovation. In addition to being a key member of the Onside Compliance and ProCanna team, Tony has practiced law with Bernstein Shur for three decades, and since the late 1990s has assisted countless start-up and established technology companies with everything from raising angel and venture capital, to developing and commercializing new products and services, to negotiating sales and mergers. He currently heads up the firms’ cannabis practice group.
