Giulia Mafra

Giulia Mafra has extensive experience in software testing and implementation, currently serving as a Software Testing Engineer at Procenge Tecnologia since September 2012. Key responsibilities include conducting manual tests for desktop and web systems, supervising junior testing engineers, logging defects, creating test cases, and supporting product owners in requirements gathering. Giulia has also worked as an Implementation Consultant, providing training during product rollouts and offering ongoing user support for ERP systems. Previously, Giulia held an internship at Banco do Brasil, assisting with administrative tasks and service management. Giulia holds an MBA in Project Management from Estácio and a degree in Business Administration from UNINASSAU.
