Lou Bajuk

Lou Bajuk currently holds the position of Vice President of Innovation and Professional Services at ProCogia as of December 2023, where responsibilities include leading innovation, professional services, and technical marketing with a focus on Generative AI. Previously, as Sr. Director of Product at ProCogia, Lou established a vision and processes for innovation within the organization. Lou's experience also includes roles at Posit PBC, where strategic marketing efforts contributed to tripling product revenue, and a long tenure at TIBCO Software Inc., where leadership in product management significantly enhanced revenue and established a market position in advanced analytics. Additionally, Lou served as Chairman of the Board for the R Consortium, promoting the open-source R community. Educational background includes an MBA and an MS in Atmospheric Science from the University of Washington, as well as a BA in Physics from Oberlin College.
