Brett Boutin

Brett Boutin, CPPO, has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as a member of Procurement Foundry since March 2021, which is a prominent global community for Procurement and Supply Chain Management professionals. From August 2016 to October 2021, Brett held the position of Contracts, Procurement and Facilities Manager at the Montana Department of Revenue, overseeing contract administration for major IT systems, statewide leases, and professional legal services. Prior to that, Brett worked at the State of Montana from June 2007 to July 2016, managing complex solicitations and contracts as the Contracts and Procurement Manager, and leading the Acquisition Management Services Bureau to enhance procurement practices within the State IT Services Division. Brett began a career as an Industrial Engineer and Computer Systems Analyst at Boeing between 1987 and 1991. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Montana.
