Thomas Perkins

Thomas Perkins, MBA, CPSM, CPSD, serves as the Manager of Purchasing & Stores at Searles Valley Minerals since January 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the procurement process for various products derived from brine solutions. In a previous Senior Buyer role, Thomas managed $50MM in capital expenditures and established a sustainable revenue stream through the sale of scrap material, generating over $100K annually. Additionally, Thomas is a member of Procurement Foundry, a global community for supply chain professionals. Prior experience includes independent IT consulting focusing on Oracle applications, adjunct faculty at California State University, Northridge, and various purchasing and materials management positions in reputable companies across the aerospace and solar industries. Thomas holds an MBA from City University of Seattle and a BA in History from UC Santa Barbara.
