Carlos Barranco

Carlos Barranco has extensive experience in project cost control and management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Corporativo Dpto Control de Costes at PRODIEL since April 2019, Carlos previously held multiple key positions at Abengoa from May 2004 to April 2019, including CoResponsable Oficina de Proyectos and Director Dpto. Control Economico de Proyectos, where responsibilities included budget review, project risk management, and team leadership. Carlos's earlier roles involved managing projects in railway traffic control at Dimetronic Signals and overseeing general services at Promi. Educational qualifications include degrees in Automatic and Industrial Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Córdoba, as well as advanced project management programs at Esade and Abengoa.
