Steven Chang

Steven Chang has a robust background in product management, having held various leadership positions at notable companies. At Tawkify, Steven served as the Director of Product Management for Consumer, and at Miro, Steven was the Product Lead for New Products. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Product Manager at Box, Product Manager for Text Analytics at Medallia, and Engagement Manager at Medallia. Steven began a professional career as a Senior Analyst in Customer Solutions at Medallia. Steven holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mathematics and Economics from UCLA, where studies took place from 2006 to 2010, and graduated from Miramonte High School in 2006.
