Bandana Devi is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Team Coordinator at Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) since October 2022, co-leading initiatives focused on skills and employment for young women, including the development of employability curricula and partnerships with UNW-India. Bandana has extensive experience at PRADAN, having worked from January 2012 to August 2022 in various capacities, including central lead of WASH projects and mentoring young professionals to enhance livelihoods for marginalized groups. Bandana's earlier roles included grassroots engagement with women collectives and participation in government programs related to livelihoods and gender integration. Additionally, Bandana gained knowledge as a Fulbright Scholar at Rutgers University, completing a course in Gender and Sexuality Studies, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cotton University and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism from Tezpur University.
