Sushil Thaker

Sushil Thaker currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Progcap, overseeing critical financial operations and regulatory compliance for a leading supply chain finance FinTech NBFC valued at $600M and backed by notable investors such as Sequoia and Google. Prior to this role, Sushil was the Vice President of Finance at Avanti, contributing to the founding of a fintech NBFC valued at $200M. Sushil's experience includes leadership roles at Acko General Insurance, KPMG India, and Deloitte, with a focus on financial operations, strategic advisory, and corporate finance. Sushil holds an EPGP from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, is a Chartered Accountant, a Company Secretary, and has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Gujarat University.
